Reject: If a phrase states "aspiration hazard", it is self-explanatory that it only applies when section 2 has H304 assigned. Overall concept for ES to be specific to the substance ES created for, if the phrase is accepted, potentially many more phrases will be created, starting with "Applicable if classified as .... refer to section 2 of the SDS".
